-        www.mandbf.org.uk - the site for the UK's Mentoring and Befriending Foundation the national network for mentoring programmes - useful links pages to lots of more specialist programme sites

-        www.mentfor.co.uk - the site set up in the East of England to create a network for people interested in mentoring - gives a good flavour of what a regional network can achieve and has useful links

-        www.hementornet.org - the website that I set up when my university ran the mentoring network for university student mentoring in England - you may find several of the documents and reports of interest - note this site is due to be taken down soon so look soon if you are interested.

-        www.ppv.org - the site of Public Private ventures which has carried out most of the excellent research into US mentoring programmes especially the largest scheme Big Brothers Big Sisters - you can download many research reports from this site

-        www.nwrel.org/mentoring/mrc-pubs.php - the site of the Mentoring Resource Center is part of the North West Regional Educational Laboratory - I find their 'packets' of practical how to do it guides useful
